Choose bug, idea, or question. A bug needs steps to reproduce it, an idea needs the task that is not supported, and a question needs the exact feature or field that is unclear.
Page and reproduction steps
Include the page address, guide or form, transaction type, relevant period, and steps you tried. Replace real amounts with examples when the exact value is not needed.
Screenshots and personal data
Before sending a screenshot, crop or hide account identifiers, email, balances, transaction descriptions, names, QR codes, credentials, and access tokens.
Expected result
Describe what you expected and what happened instead. This tells support whether the feature behaved incorrectly or the interface needs a clearer explanation.
