Refund - Tetri
Free
Free is free and has no expiry. There are no charges, so there's nothing to refund.
Pro: 14 days to get your money back
If within 14 days of a Pro charge you decide it isn't for you, the payment is refunded in full. No need to explain why. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on the first charge.
Renewals
A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, which stops the next charge; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a renewal went through unnoticed, write within 14 days of that charge and the new period is refunded, provided the period hasn't been actively used.
If something broke
A separate case is when Pro was paid for but features didn't work because of a problem on Tetri's side. Then the refund isn't tied to the 14 days — write to us and we'll sort it out on the facts.
How to request
Email billing@tetri.app with your account email and the date of the charge. You'll hear back within a few business days, and the money is returned the same way the payment came in.
