Telegram transaction input

The Telegram bot can record income, expenses, and transfers from chat. Before the first message, link the Telegram account to a workspace and choose a default currency. Every created transaction can be checked in Tetri.

Optional default values

A default currency is used when a message has no currency. You can also set a default category, tags, and description. Values provided in a message take precedence over the defaults.

Amount, transaction type, and wallet

A message should include the amount and whether money was received, spent, or transferred. You can omit the currency when a default is set, and add the wallet, category, person, and date when you know them. Voice messages are parsed into the same fields.

Transaction created in Tetri

Before saving, the bot shows the parsed amount, type, wallet, category, date, and description for confirmation. After you save, it confirms that the transaction was created. Open the transaction in Tetri to correct a field or remove a duplicate.
