Recurring income schedule

A schedule adds expected income to the forecast with its amount, currency, frequency, and dates. You can also set the payer, destination wallet, and category. The wallet balance changes only after an actual transaction is created.

Schedule name

The name appears in upcoming payments and the forecast, for example "Salary" or "Dividends." Select income for money expected to arrive.

Expected amount and currency

Enter the expected amount in the currency in which it will arrive. The combined forecast converts it into the selected currency without changing the amount in the schedule.

Income source

The source can be an employer, client, broker, or another payer. One source can be reused across several schedules and transactions.

Destination wallet

Select a destination wallet when you know which account will receive the money. Without one, the income remains in the combined forecast but is not included in a specific wallet forecast.

Income category

The category determines which report group and tax rules will include the created transaction. It can be added later.

Frequency

Choose weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a custom interval in days. Future events are generated from the start date. Add an end date when the income will stop after a known day.

Automatic transaction creation

When automatic creation is enabled, Tetri records an income transaction on the scheduled date. If the actual amount or date often changes, keep the event in the forecast and record it only after confirmation or import.

Start and end dates

The start date sets the first payment and every later event according to the selected frequency. No new events are created after the end date.

Schedule review

Before saving, check the amount, currency, frequency, dates, and automatic-creation setting. The schedule appears in the forecast immediately but does not change the current wallet balance.
