Check your first Tetri dashboard

Finish Tetri onboarding, verify the first accounts and transactions, and prepare reliable data for budgets and planning.

What to check first

The dashboard opens after setup is complete. Before creating budgets and plans, check that the first accounts and transactions are correct.

  • Account currencies match the bank accounts.
  • Income and expenses have the correct signs.
  • The imported period has the expected dates.
  • Transfers are recorded as transfers.
  • Transactions that need categories are visible.

Example. If a card payment appears as income, correct or repeat the import before creating a budget. Otherwise every total based on that transaction will also be wrong.

If the workspace is empty

Create one wallet or account. Then add a manual transaction or import a statement. An empty start is valid and does not block the rest of Tetri.

Dashboard prompts

The dashboard can suggest a first wallet, category cleanup, a budget or a subscription. These are reminders. Closing a prompt does not disable the feature.

Continue to planning

Add one recurring income or payment with a real date. Create one budget for a category that matters this month. Then open Planning and check the lowest expected balance.
