Confirm your email in Tetri

Confirm the email used for Tetri sign-in, resend the message safely and fix the common reasons onboarding cannot continue.

Why email confirmation is required

Tetri uses the registration email for sign-in and account recovery. Confirmation checks that the mailbox is available before financial data is added.

How to confirm the address

  1. Open the newest email from Tetri.
  2. Follow the confirmation link.
  3. Return to the setup page.
  4. Select I've confirmed it.

The link records confirmation on the server. The button in Tetri checks the result. Both actions are required.

If the email did not arrive

  • Check spam and other filtered folders.
  • Check the address shown on the setup page.
  • Request another email when the resend button becomes available.
  • Use the newest link.

Example. If two messages arrived after resending, open the later one. The first link may already be outdated.

If the step does not complete

Reload the setup page and run the check again. Confirmation is stored with the account and will not be lost. Contact support if the newest link opens with an error or the check still fails after a successful confirmation page.
