Balance in the wallet currency
The primary balance is stored in the wallet currency. A converted value can change when the exchange rate changes, even if there are no new transactions.
Transactions behind the balance
The balance is the opening amount plus every wallet transaction. If it is wrong, find the transaction by date or amount and correct it instead of adding a fake adjustment.
Editable wallet settings
You can change the wallet name, icon, group, and available credit or loan terms. The name, icon, and group do not alter original transaction amounts or the current balance. New credit or loan terms change only future payments and the forecast.
Wallet archiving
An archived wallet no longer appears in forms for new transactions, but its history remains in past reports. Before archiving, make sure the balance matches the actual account and any debt has been paid or moved elsewhere.
