Refund - Tetri

Free

Free is free and has no expiry. There are no charges, so there's nothing to refund.

Pro refunds by purchase channel

For Pro purchased on the web, Paddle handles refund requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the reason for the request, use of the service, applicable law, and Paddle review. Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights, including for eligible first subscription payments. A request within 14 days does not guarantee a discretionary refund. For Pro purchased in the iOS app, Apple handles refund requests under its own rules. Paddle policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy

Renewals

A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, which stops the next charge; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If a renewal was charged in error, contact the provider that billed you. Paddle reviews web renewal refund requests under its policy; Apple reviews App Store charges under its own rules. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself refund a completed charge.

If something broke

If paid Pro features did not work because of a problem on Tetri’s side, contact Tetri support with the charge date and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help submit the case to Paddle for web purchases. For App Store purchases, Apple handles any refund request.

How to request

Web purchase: request a refund from Paddle using your receipt or the Paddle customer portal. You can also email Tetri at the address below with your account email, charge date, and transaction ID. Paddle reviews the request and sends an approved refund to the original payment method. App Store purchase: request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews eligibility and issues approved refunds. Tetri cannot refund App Store charges directly.
