If you are not satisfied with Tetri Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.
How to request
Email billing@tetri.app with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
After 14 days
We do not offer refunds after the 14-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time - access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member plan
The one-time Founding Member purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
