What we collect

We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. After registration, we store your email, hashed password, and financial data you enter manually — transactions, accounts, and categories. We do not store bank credentials and do not use third-party data brokers.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the service, send product updates (only if you signed up), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics, a self-hosted, cookieless, GDPR-compliant analytics tool. No personal data is sent to analytics.

Payment processing

If you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects and processes billing information, including name, email, and payment card details. Tetri does not store payment card data. Paddle's privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy

Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (marketing emails, only if you opted in).

Error tracking

We use Sentry for error monitoring. Stack traces may include anonymized request metadata.

Telegram bot

If you use the Telegram bot feature, your Telegram user ID and message content is processed to log transactions. This data is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We use PostgreSQL with encrypted connections.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, Account, Delete account.
